1.brsenam..amik mse dlm 5-10 mnit..wat cmnih..
2.pstuh..wat bhgian tgn lk..slalu kalo bnyk kje skol..tgn skit..so..wat cmnih..
3.pas wat mnde2 nih..gleng2 kn cket ple tuh..tngkok korg msti skit..xckop rest ktekn..so..wat mnde nih..
4.dh abis wat sume nih..tidur larh sckup2nyer..jgn biarkn diri tuh pnt cgt..tmbh2 ag utk bdk2 nk exam..
minum air kosong bnyk2..sbaik2nyer 8 gls shari..
5.dn jgn lpe makan makanan yg berkhasiat..amalkan makan sayur-sayuran..
6.dan pling penting...solat 5 waktu..jgn pnh tingglkan solat fardhu..kerana solat tuh wajib..
7.kalo ktew nk brase tenang..sntiase larh amik wuduk..
8.lps abis sume tuh..brdoalah pd yg maha esa..smoge allah lpgkn dada ktew..trangi ati dn fkiran ktew..beri ktew ksbrn,ktbhn dn ktenangan..
9.kalo nk ase ag best..nyanyi lar spuas2 ati..jgn smpai mnggnggu org nk tdow lk..nynyi skdr nk ilangkn kbosanan dn tekanan..
